This article presents a systematic review of the research carried out on the subject of the SERVQUAL model applied in public management, for which the various articles found were analyzed and explained, answering the questions posed. Understanding the importance of this approach in public management to measure the quality of public services that are provided to citizens, in order to improve and evaluate them constantly. From the review carried out, articles have been found that define this SERVQUAL model as the most suitable for measuring the quality of the services provided in various public institutions from health, education, among others, in order to improve the processes in for the benefit of citizens and to improve public management. ...
