This study aims to determine the relationship between effective leadership style and work motivation on employee performance. The subjects of this study were 81 employees of PT. Charisma Rattan Mandiri Sukoharjo. The sampling method used in this research is proposive sampling. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with measuring tools in the form of a scale of effective leadership style and work motivation with employee performance.
