The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work motivation, leadership style and on the performance of employees at the Department of Population and Registrar of Klaten Regency partially or collectively. The type of research is Quantitative research, with population of employees of Population and Civil Registry Office of Klaten Regency as many as 50 employees, with a sample of 50 people.
