The purpose of this study was to find out how much positive influence leadership style and work motivation have on employee performance at the City Administration Office of Population and Civil Registration - South Jakarta, either partially or simultaneously. The research method uses quantitative research methods. The sample used in this study is a saturated sample, namely using the entire population of 91 people as a sample. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing.
