This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, work motivation, organizational culture and the work environment to the employee PDAM tirta makmur sukoharjo. The population of this research is all employees who work in PDAM tirta makmur sukoharjo a number of 138 employees. The sampling technique used in this study is the type of purposive sampling which is a technique of determining the sample based on certain criteria on the respondents. Based on the methods and techniques of sampling obtained as many as 64 respondents in accordance with the criteria. Data collection method used is a questionnaire with 5-point likert scale.
