The recent labour reforms have not only led to a significant lowering of protection standards for workers, but have also modified defining structural principles of wage labour in Spain, which have traditionally been insurmountable margins for the exercise of power management; specifically, legislation have proceeded to inadequate translation of the enterprise risk to workers in situations such as dismissal or significant changes of the labour contract.
