Percepciones del clima organizacional en los servidores de la ugel canchis en tiempos de pandemia covid-19

The objective of the research article is to analyze and describe the perceptions of the organizational climate of the UGEL - Canchis servers, in times of the COVID 19 pandemic. Understanding as transcendent the socio-emotional, material, economic and structural changes that the situation has caused in the different sectors; having governmental and non-governmental entities to commit to contribute to the normal administrative-productive-interactional functioning, inside and outside their organizations and in interaction with society. The main purpose is to demonstrate that in the work environment it is essential to promote the effectiveness of the organization, as well as the development of each of the collaborators; When the entity promotes a positive environment, it guarantees the well-being of its servants, this will affect its effectiveness, reinforcing its sense of belonging, since the work environment is closely related to the satisfaction of the human being and the work carried out, leading to their quality of life; Being that if the environment in which it is developed is stimulating, it is possible to form high-performance teams committed to the achievement of corporate objectives.The methodology used contemplates a phase of search and collection of documentary information from various authors in contrast to the reality, from a reflective perspective of the regulations that attend the conjuncture, an intersubjective visualization of each actor studied; addressing their emotional reaction, as well as their temperament presented by each evaluated, being important to be able to understand that each individual is different in the face of a cognitive reaction according to the situation on COVID 19, considering that attention must be paid to the individual where he can face and above all see his resilience in the face of the events he goes through. As the work environment refers, the servers are closely linked to the socio-emotional, material, economic and structural changes caused by the conjunctural crisis of the COVID 19 pandemic, jeopardizing the achievement of the technical and productive mission of the UGEL - Canchis. Well, as the administrative entity of the education sector in the province, it must attend to many emerging needs, especially with the most vulnerable populations. having the immediate challenge of implementing continuous improvement plans.El artículo de investigación tiene como principal propósito,  demostrar que en el ambiente laboral es fundamental propiciar la efectividad de la organización, mediante el desarrollo de cada uno de los colaboradores; pues cuando la entidad promueve un ambiente positivo, garantiza el bienestar de sus servidores, que repercutirá en su efectividad, reforzando su sentido de pertenencia, ya que el clima laboral se encuentra estrechamente relacionado con la complacencia del ser humano y la labor que realiza, conllevando a su calidad de vida; siendo que si el medio en el que se desarrolla resulta estimulante se hace posible formar equipos de alto rendimiento y comprometidos con el logro de los objetivos corporativos. Que se alcanzara mediante el análisis y descripción las percepciones de clima organizacional de los servidores de la UGEL - Canchis, en tiempos de pandemia COVID 19. Entendiendo como trascendentes los cambios socio emocionales, materiales, económicos y estructurales que la coyuntura ha provocado en los distintos sectores; teniendo las entidades gubernamentales y no gubernamentales que comprometerse a coadyuvar al normal funcionamiento administrativo-productivo-interaccional, dentro y fuera de sus organizaciones y en interacción con la sociedad. La metodología utilizada contempla una fase de búsqueda y recolección de información documental de diversos autores en contraste con la realidad, desde una perspectiva reflexiva de la normativa en recursos humanos acorde a la actual coyuntura; así mismo incluye una perspectiva de análisis cualitativo de la visión intersubjetiva socio emocional, Demostrando que el clima laboral, de los servidores se encuentra vinculado estrechamente con los cambios socio emocionales, materiales, económicos y estructurales, provocados por la crisis coyuntural de la pandemia COVID 19, poniendo en peligro la consecución de la misión técnica y productiva de la UGEL - Canchis.  Pues como ente administrativo del sector educación en la provincia, deberá atender muchas necesidades emergentes, sobre todo con las poblaciones más vulnerables.
