Human resources are one of the most decisive factors for the success or failure of organizations in achieving goals, both public and private organizations. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Padi Mandiri Valuta (Money Changer) in Sanur by taking a sample of 56 people. The test instrument used is the Validity and Reliability Test with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Techniques. The results of the analysis show that: (1) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
