Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Dan Komitmen Organisasional Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Pada PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Witel Jatim Selatan, Malang)

This research purposes analyze the influence of variables job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously to employee performance and the influence of variables job satisfaction and organizational commitment partially to employee performance. This method used explanatory research using a quantitive approach. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling to 59 employees. In this research used data analysis by using statistical analysis descriptive and inferential statistical analysis consisting of the classical assumption test and multiple linear analysis. The results showed job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance however, organizational commitment does not necessarily have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia , Tbk Witel Jatim Selatan, Malang. The results of this research indicate that job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneous influence on employee performance with value sig.F 0,000 < α = 0.05 . Job satisfaction is partially affected the performance of employees with sig.t value 0,000 < α = 0.05 however , organizational commitment is not partial effect on employee performance with value sig.t 0.344 > α = 0.05
