This research purposes analyze the influence of variables job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously to employee performance and the influence of variables job satisfaction and organizational commitment partially to employee performance. This method used explanatory research using a quantitive approach. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling to 59 employees. In this research used data analysis by using statistical analysis descriptive and inferential statistical analysis consisting of the classical assumption test and multiple linear analysis.
