Peran Kepuasan Kerja Memediasi Komitmen Organisasional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Lembaga Perkreditan Desa Ketewel di Gianyar

Companies with good performance have better competitiveness compared to other companies. This study is expected to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating organizational commitment to employee performance at the Ketewel Village Credit Institution in Gianyar. The total population of 32 people was determined as a sample using the saturated sample method. Data analysis will be carried out using path analysis. This study found that either directly or indirectly job satisfaction mediates organizational commitment to employee performance at the Ketewel Village Credit Institution in Gianyar. It is recommended to the LPD to always ensure the employee's performance is in the best condition so that the goals can be achieved. &nbsp
