Employees who have good performance can maximize the company's achievement towards a better direction in order to achieve its goals. This study aims to determine partially and partially the effect of organizational climate, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment to the performance of the employees of the KSP Bayu Merta Sari Di Gianyar. The total population is 40 people so that it is used entirely as a sample using the census method. The analysis used as an analysis tool is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the organizational climate, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the KSP Bayu Merta Sari Di Gi...
