Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif yaitu suatu penelitian yang bersifat menanyakan hubungan antara dua variabel. Menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05, maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 69 responden diambil dari seluruh pegawai.
