82 halamanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa”. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif yaitu suatu penelitian yang bersifat menanyakan hubungan antara dua variabel. Menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05, maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 69 responden diambil dari seluruh pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial (uji t) dapat dilihat bahwa t hitung pada variabel kepuasan kerja dan motivasi secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Berdasarkan uji determinasi. nilai R Square yang diperoleh sebesar 0,936 Angka tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 93,6% kinerja (variabel terikat) dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor kepuasan kerja (X1) dan motivasi (X2). Sisanya sebesar 6,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.
