Tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan penilaian prestasi terhadap kepuasan pegawai PT. PEGADAIAN (Persero) Kanwil I Medan. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi. Untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi dan penilaian prestasi terhadap kepuasan pegawai. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai PT. PEGADAIAN (Persero) Kanwil I Medan. sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik Simple Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel 57 orang.
