This study aims to study the effect of motivation on job satisfaction and employee performance. The population in this study was 505 Cooperativa Café Timor employees in Timor-Leste by determining saturated samples at 6 company locations, namely the NT Factory, Comoro, Manleuana, Railaco, Tibar, and at the Head Office as many as 202. This study used a quantitative approach with data collection methods using interviews and questionnaires. Data that has been collected and verified valid are analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and using a variance-based or component-based approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tools.
