103 HalamanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan anatar kompensasi dan motivasi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan outsourcing di UIN Sumatera Uatara Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling dalam pemilihan subjek. Subjek dalam penelitian ini dalah seluruh kerja karyawan outsourcing di UIN Sumatera Uatara Medan sebanyak 44 orang. Ada tiga hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini: (1) Ada hubungan positif antara kompensasi dengan kepuasan kerja, (2) Ada hubungan positif antara motivasi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja, (3) Ada hubungan positif antara kompensasui, motivasi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja.
