The assessment of the empowerment level of managerial and specjalist staff - case study

Empowerment is currently a very important problem in managing organizations. It determines the success of such organizational solutions and strategies that require innovation and creativity of employees, their participation in decisions and taking responsibility. The article presents a tool which diagnosed the level of empowerment in the organization implementing a process organization. The article contains the obtained results of the research, their analysis and assessment of the empowerment level in the analyzed organization and a recommendation for the management board regarding organizational changes.Empowerment jest obecnie bardzo istotnym problemem w zarządzaniu organizacjami. Decyduje on o powodzeniu takich rozwiązań organizacyjnych i strategii działania, które wymagają innowacyjności i kreatywności pracowników oraz ich udziału w decyzjach i przyjmowaniu odpowiedzialności.
