Tujuan penelitian ini adaah untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner kepada 112 karyawan. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah model analisis linier berganda. Model ini digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Dalam penelitian ini analisis linier berganda dibantu dengan program SPSS.
