IMPLEMENTASI METODE SAW DALAM MENENTUKAN SITUS E-COMMERCE TERBAIK DI KEL TANAH TINGGI KEC JOHAR BARU JAKARTA PUSAT

The rapid progress of the business world has transformed from traditional to digital, this is something that is the basis for the emergence of the e-commerce industry in this era as an effort to bridge between consumers and sellers in order to exchange goods and money. The development of the world of e-commerce locally and externally is considered very fast, this is triggered by increased sales through electronic media, so that competition becomes more competitive. Therefore, we need to know the reasons why consumers choose to shop at certain e-commerce companies, and what is behind consumers in choosing these e-commerce sites. This article discusses the results of the calculation of a decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting method where the criteria are predetermined to choose one of the best e-commerce sites in one of the Kelurahan in Central Jakarta. Pesatnya Kemajuan dunia bisnis telah bertranformasi dari tradisional menjadi digital, inilah sesuatu yang menjadi dasar munculnya industri e-commerce diera ini sebagai upaya untuk menjembatani antara konsumen dan penjual dalam rangka untuk bertukar barang dan uang. Perkembangan dunia e-commerce secara lokal maupun eksternal dinilai sangat pesat, hal ini dipicu oleh meningkatnya penjualan melalui media elektronik, sehingga persaingan menjadi lebih kompetitif. Oleh karena itu, kita perlu mengetahui alasan mengapa konsumen memilih berbelanja di perusahaan e-commerce tertentu, dan apa yang melatar-belakangi konsumen dalam memilih situs e-commerce tersebut. Artikel ini membahas hasil perhitungan sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode Simple additive Weigthing dimana kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya untuk memilih salah satu situs e-commer terbaik di salah satu Kelurahan di Jakarta Pusat. Dari hasil Perhitungan didapati bahwa Tokopedia (A1) mendapat peringkat perhitungan pertama terbanyak dengan nilai 1, lalu disusul Bukalapak  (A5) terbanyak kedua dengan nilai 0,842, dan posisi terbanyak ketiga Shopee (A4) dengan nilai 1
