Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Padasa Enam Utama Koto Kampar

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Padasa Enam Utama - Koto Kampar. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method, and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The data collection using a questionnaire with a research sample of field employees at PT. Padasa Enam Utama in Koto Kampar Afdeling I, amounting to 32 people. From the recapitulation of respondents' answers indicate that the work motivation given to employees at PT. Padasa Enam Utama - Koto Kampar is already good, the work environment is well maintained, and the performance of employees at PT. Padasa Enam Utama - Koto Kampar is going well. From the results of data analysis it can be concluded that partially and simultaneously motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Padasa Enam Utama in Koto Kampar
