This study aims to (1) analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance (2) analyze the effect of work environment on employee performance (3) analyze the effect of motivation and work environment simultaneously on employee performance. This study take location in the SMKN 1 Karanganyar, using sample of 56 employees. Data collection using questionnaire techniques. Data analysis technique using linear regression analysis. Conclusions from the results of testing each hypothesis indicate that (1) Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance (2) Work environment has a significant effect on employee performance (3) Work motivation and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance
