This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, work environment, and wor discipline on employee performance. The population in this study are all employees at the Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Mikro, dan Perdagangan Batu City is 30 people, and the sample used in this study amounted to 30 employees with the sampling technique of total sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple linier regression analysis using SPSS.
