PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA, LINGKUNGAN KERJA, DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN Studi Kasus Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Mikro, dan Perdagangan di Kota Batu

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, work environment, and wor discipline on employee performance. The population in this study are all employees at the Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Mikro, dan Perdagangan Batu City is 30 people, and the sample used in this study amounted to 30 employees with the sampling technique of total sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple linier regression analysis using SPSS. The result of the analysis show that the work motivation has a significant and partially positive effect on employee performance, work environment has a partially significant and positive effect on employee performance, work discipline has a partially significant and positive effect on employee performance, work motivation, work environment, and work discipline has a significant and positive effect simultaneously on employee performance
