This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation, work compensation, and work environment on employee performance at PT. BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera Yogyakarta. The population in this study is all employees of PT. BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera Yogyakarta. . Sampling in this study using saturated samples.
