This study aims to determine the staffing process to improve the quality of human resources. Human resources are an element of management in an organization including Islamic boarding schools in this case educators and education staff. Some of the obstacles that often arise in human resources, one of which is due to the lack of educators and education personnel as well as the mismatch between the education taken and the subjects being taught.
