PENGARUH PROSES STAFFING TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KUALITAS SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DI PONDOK PESANTREN DARUL ULUM

This study aims to determine the staffing process to improve the quality of human resources. Human resources are an element of management in an organization including Islamic boarding schools in this case educators and education staff. Some of the obstacles that often arise in human resources, one of which is due to the lack of educators and education personnel as well as the mismatch between the education taken and the subjects being taught. Therefore, the staffing process is a very important thing to do at Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School to improve the quality of human resources. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires, and data analysis namely simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive influence between the staffing process variables on the variables of improving the quality of human resources as evidenced by the entire value of the arithmetic test number, the result was greater than the table number, namely 0.396.Keywords: Staffing Process, Human Resources Quality, Islamic Boarding Schoo
