EVALUASI DOKUMEN KLAIM ASURANSI ATAS PENGAJUAN SANTUNAN KECELAKAAN LALU LINTAS JALAN DI PT JASA RAHARJA KANTOR PERWAKILAN MALANG

This research was conducted at PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Malang Representative Office which is located at Jl. Dr. Cipto No.8, Klojen, Kec. Klojen, Malang City, East Java. This study aims to determine the process of compiling documents for providing compensation to people who have road traffic accidents at PT. Jasa Raharja Malang Representative Office. The performance is carried out in accordance with SKKNI No. 141 of 2013 concerning the determination of work competency standards for the category of financial and insurance services. The results in this study are the policy of evaluating documents for providing compensation to people who have road traffic accidents at PT. Jasa Raharja Malang Representative Office refused to give compensation because there are still people who do not understand or know about accidents that are not guaranteed, especially in rural communities. The results of the evaluation of the compensation document are in accordance with company regulations and are adequate. However, it is necessary to improve performance so that the provision of compensation to victims of road traffic accidents runs smoothly and without obstacles
