PERAN PT JASA RAHARJA DALAM MEMBERIKAN PELAYANAN SANTUNAN ASURANSI BAGI KORBAN KECELAKAAN LALU LINTAS (STUDI DI KANTOR ASURANSI PT JASA RAHARJA PERWAKILAN MALANG)

This study aims to determine the role of PT Jasa Raharja in Providing Insurance Compensation Services for Traffic Accident Victims (Study at the Insurance Office of PT Jasa Raharja Malang Representative). So the location is at PT Jasa Raharja Malang Representative Office, precisely Jalan Dr. Cipto No. 8, Klojen, Kec. Klojen, Malang City, East Java. Using descriptive method with qualitative data types. Researchers use data sources obtained from informants to obtain additional information or information related to the research discussed, the informants referred to here are employees of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Malang Representative Office for Compensation Services, and Administrative Staff of Tk. Financial and General, and using secondary data. While the data collection techniques that will be used in this study are interviews, observations and document studies. In addition, the data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive data analysis. So from this research, the results obtained are showing that the role of PT Jasa Raharja in providing insurance compensation services for victims of traffic accidents in the city of Malang is that which has been regulated in accordance with the provisions of Law Number 33 of 1964 concerning compulsory insurance for passenger accidents. and Law Number 34 of 1964 concerning road traffic accident funds as basic protection, and besides that, the role of PT Jasa Raharja in providing insurance services for traffic accident victims in the city of Malang is to collect and manage funds from the public for compensation
