PROSEDUR PENYELESAIAN SANTUNAN PADA PT ASURANSI JASA RAHARJA KANTOR PERWAKILAN MALANG TERHADAP KORBAN KECELAKAAN LALU LINTAS

The purpose of this research is to know the procedure for applying for compensation along with the amount of the compensation fund given by PT Asuransi Jasa Raharja Malang Representative Office to traffic accident victims. The research method used in this research is descriptive, which describes the facts that occur in the field. Sources of data obtained from primary and secondary data with data collection techniques through interviews and literature. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research that has been done at PT Asuransi Jasa Raharja Malang Representative Office is that in the compensation procedure there must be several files that are completed by the victim and the amount of compensation distributed turns out to be several types of victims whose compensation is not all given but there is a calculation first . And the conclusion is, in the compensation settlement procedure, it turns out that the file requested by Jasa Raharja must be completed in order to complete the compensation. And not all of the compensation funds will be given to victims/heirs, but there are several types of victims whose compensation funds need to be calculated or according to the amount of receipts listed
