Asuhan Keperawatan pada An.G dengan Gastroenteritis Akut di Ruang Rawat Inap E - RS Wava Husada Kepanjen

Background : Gastroenteritis is one of the more common diseases in infants or children, where there is an inflammation of the gastric or intestinal mucosa which can be caused by bacteria, viruses, and certain paralytic pathogens which are usually accompanied by symptoms of increased defecation or defecation. Large amounts are in liquid form, which if not treated immediately will be at risk of causing hypovolemia which makes the need for fluids in the body less which will make the risk of death. Methods : Writing this final scientific paper using a research design with a case study approach to find out more about nursing problems for gastroenteritis patients at Wava Husada Kepanjen Hospital. The case study method uses nursing care, namely a series of individual nursing processes for patients diagnosed with gastroenteritis by assessing, establishing nursing diagnoses, preparing plans, carrying out nursing actions and evaluating patients. Results : After the assessment, the researcher raised 3 nursing diagnoses, namely: Diarrhea related to gastrointestinal inflammation, Risk of Hypovolemia characterized by risk factors for impaired fluid absorption with clinical conditions Diarrhea, Risk of falling related to age (
