Peran Keluarga Dalam Pengaturan Kepatuhan Diet Pada Pasien Gastritis

Background: The increasing prevalence of gastritis is influenced by lifestyle factors, namely unhealthy eating patterns. Today, unhealthy foods in modern times make the amount of gastritis sufferers increase. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the role of families in diet regulation in gastritis sufferers. Method: The research design used was descriptive qualitative with a CSR research strategy (Case Study Research). Research methods that are based on the philosophy of postpositivism, are used to examine the condition of natural objects, where research is a key instrument, the technique of data collection is done in triangulation (combined), data analysis is qualitative. Participants were taken as many as 3 participants, that is gastritis patients, mothers, and older siblings. Retrieval of research data is carried out using an interview and observation methods. Analysis of the case study research data used is domain analysis. Results: The results of this case study found three themes namely the role of the family in providing support and motivation to patients, the role of the family in providing healthy food, and the role and contribution of the family in reminding the patient's diet
