ABSTRACT Based on other study research conducted that employee performance is one of important factor in the company. But contradiction phenomenon shown that performance level in PT. Faycent Wahana Telekomunikasi have a descrease of performance caused by high workload and incresing stress level who happened to employees especially for promotor division. Decreasing performance employee can caused by some factor including internal and eksternal factor from their company.
