PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN STRES KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (Pada Karyawan Bagian Produksi PT. Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya)

Effect of workload on employee performance with job stress as intervention variable. The population of the production division employee at PT. Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya amounting 32 employee, the population is less than 100 then using total sampling technique. The collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses is path analysis with Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software. The result show that the Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload has a positive and significant effect on job stress. Job stress has a positive and significant on employee performance. Job stress can mediate the effect of workload on employee performance. This is because the indirect effect of workload on employee performance is greater than the direct effect
