Effect of workload on employee performance with job stress as intervention variable. The population of the production division employee at PT. Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya amounting 32 employee, the population is less than 100 then using total sampling technique. The collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses is path analysis with Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software. The result show that the Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload has a positive and significant effect on job stress.
