Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan Pada Sektor Telekomunikasi

Technological developments encourage every company engaged in telecommunications to appear competitive by improving employee performance. Companies need to pay attention to work conflicts, teamwork, and work culture so that employee performance is optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work conflict, teamwork, and organizational culture on employee performance. This study involved all employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Denpasar Branch, totaling 50 people using the census method. Primary data in the form of respondents' perceptions of the variables studied were collected by questionnaires which were then tested for validity and reliability. The hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study prove that work conflict has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, teamwork and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance
