Willard C. Galbreath, MPH, worked for the Broward County Health Department for over 40 years. Educated as an undergraduate at the University of Florida and as a graduate student at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, Galbreath was quickly promoted from sanitarian to director of environmental health. During this oral history interview, Galbreath recalls his time working as a health administrator in Broward County and talks about his role in developing systems to enforce health-related ordinances.
