Doctor Dwight Frazier has a long history of working in Florida’s public health laboratory system. For many years, Mr. Frazier was director of Miami’s public health laboratory. After speaking about graduating with a master’s in public health at the University of Florida, Frazier discusses his early years of working in the Jacksonville lab under then-director Dr. Albert Hardy and the issue they both faced as they worked towards improving conditions of the public health laboratory system.
