Oral interview with Glenn M. Dykes, initially a sanitary engineer for the Florida State Board of Health and later with the Florida Department of Environmental Regulation. Mr. Dykes began working for the state in 1957 with the Bureau of Sanitary Engineering where he focused on waste water management and drinking water issues. Eventually he became statewide director of the drinking water program for the State of Florida. Mr. Dykes discusses some of the challenges faced by Florida with regards to population growth and providing adequate drinking water
