Managemen Konflik Sumber Daya Manusia di SMK Negeri Jatipuro Kabupaten Karanganyar

Conflict management is a way taken by the perpetrator or an outsider to coordinate the soul toward certain outcomes that may lead to a resolution and may not be positive, pleasant, or aggressive. Conflict management in educational institutions, especially in Jatipuro State Vocational School, is the management of the head or principal of the conflict regarding Human Resources (HR). This study aims to describe: 1) Source of HR conflicts; 2) Locus and level of HR conflict; and 3) the type of conflict management used to handle HR conflicts; 4) Impact of HR Conflict Management Implementation. This type of research is qualitative. Ethnographic research approach. The subjects of this study were principals, vice principals, Plt.KTU and teachers. Data collection methods using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation, data validitas techniques using triangulation source. The results of the study are: 1) The source off conflict is that subtansif conflict, value conflict and interesting conflic, 2) The locus and level of conflict is hierarchical conflict; divisional conflict; line staff conflict, while the level of conflict is still mild and moderate 3) Management of conflict handling through, avoiding, equalization, collaboration and compromise; 4) The impact of implementing conflict management is increasing order and discipline in employee time, teachers becoming more productive, increasing work motivation, decreasing stress and providing clear decisions on conflicts and whatever happens in school
