This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at The Shalimar Boutique Hotel Malang. The population in this study amounted to 55 employees. The sample used is the entire population of 55 employees. The sampling technique used is the total sampling technique. The analysis technique in this study uses path analysis. This study has the result that organizational culture has a direct and indirect influence on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at The Shalimar Boutique Hotel Malang
