The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Sari Tani Mojokerto. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population of employees involved are all employees of PT. Sari Tani. The samples used are employees of the production department, totaling approximately 40 employees. The type of research data is quantitative data with the data source used is primary data.
