PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI (Studi pada Karyawan Kusuma Agrowisata Resort and Convention Hotel di Batu Malang)

This study aims to determine how the influence of organizational culture on employee performance through organizational commitment to employees of the Kusuma Agrowisata Resort And Convention Hotel house keeping section. The population is all employees, totaling 111 employees. The sampling technique used saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 31 employees of the house keeping department. Data were collected through questionnaires with data measurement techniques using a Likert scale. The instrument test is the validity test and the reliability test. Classical assumption test using normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis test used is the scale range and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) organizational culture is included in the high category and has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) organizational culture has no positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. (3) organizational commitment is included in the high category and has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (4) organizational culture has no positive and significant effect on employee performance through organizational commitment
