Motivation factors influence for the loyalty of tourism organization employee

Research object: Motivation factors having influence for the employees’ loyalty. Problematic question: What influence has motivation factors for the employees’ loyalty? Purpose – to ascertain the influence of motivation factors for the tourism organization employees’ loyalty. Paper tasks: 1. To characterize employees motivation and loyalty conceptions. 2. To except the most important motivation factors enlarging employees’ loyalty. 3. To create model influencing employees’ motivation factors assessment in tourism organization. 4. To investigate and determinate the influence of motivation factors for the employees loyalty in Kaunas tourism agencies. Conclusions: 1. When look over the literature and summarize the conceptions find out that motivation means an activities complex which stimulates employees to carry out better the jobs and given tasks. Workers motivation depends on motivation means which stimulate the employees work. The employees loyalty is the devotion to the organization one‘s aims concurrence with organization. Means of motivation stimulate employees’ loyalty. Different motivation means can stimulate higher employees’ loyalty level, paying attention to employees needs. Motivation is employees’ devotion for the job, which fulfill stimulated by different means. Loyalty differs from motivation as it is trained directly to the organization not to the job carrying out. This is employees obligation level for one‘s organization. 2. The most important means stimulating employees’ motivation are economic: wages, premiums. However the great sense for the motivation has self-realization, career possibilities, assurance of job and justice means. These means not only stimulates employees but also enlarge loyalty level. Loyalty stimulates assurance of job, employer‘s behaviors and safety feeling in the organization. It is important for the loyalty that the employees acknowledged themselves an important part of the organization. Because of that the employees very often identify themselves with organization and that stimulates employees’ loyalty. 3. In motivation model excepted motivation means, achieving to research their influence for the employees loyalty in travel agencies. Motivation means influencing employees loyalty are divided into 3 groups: economic, legal and psychological. These three mean groups of motivation influence differently employees loyalty for the organization and reveals by different level of loyalty. Loyalty levels (types) for organization are divided: leaders, careerists, loyals and wayfarers. For „leaders“ the most important are psychological means of motivation, for „careerists“ legal motivation means, for „loyals“ legal motivation means, for „wayfarers“ economic motivation means. The more these three motivation mean groups are satisfied, the more employees become loyal for their organization and their loyalty level rise. 4. Having done the research is established that motivation means have great influence for the employees loyalty. It is notices that most employees of small travel agencies are loyal for their organization. About one third of employees are devotes for their job, another one third are loyal for the organization. Employees’ loyalty for job and organization settle the complex of motivation means used in organizations. The higher loyalty level for organization influence psychological motivation means, because the employees who value more psychological motivation means are loyal for organization and job. Economic motivation means do not ensure employees loyalty, because employees who satisfy only economic aims are of the lowest loyalty level.
