Research objective was evaluate different physiotherapy the effects of the programs on posture and chronic lower back pain and functional condition. Research methods: every research participant was assssing posture using W.W.K Hoeger scale, muscle strength and stamina, pain using VAS scale, lower back mobility using Schober‘s test and Oswestry disability Questionnaire . Research results: after physiotherapy lower back pain was reduced from 5,2 score to 3,5 score (p<0,05), improving of funcional condition by 19% (p<0,05), improved lower back (29%) and abdominal (20%) muscle stamina (p<0,05), improved posture from 36,7 to 38,9 points (p<0,05).
