The aim of the research: Determine the effects of different physiotherapy programs in treating patients with lumbar pain. Rеsеаrсh mеthоds: 1. Lumbar spine flexibility evaluation. Measured in centimeters; 2. Assessment of Pain Intensity on the Visual Analog Scale (VAS). Pain is estimated from 1 to 10 points with the help of a scam; 3. Trunk flexors, extensors and lateral core muscles endurance tests according to McIntosh (1998) and McGill (2002); 4. Permanent functional disability with Oswestry questionnaire; 5. Mathematical statistical analysis.
