This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work environment and organizational communication on the performance of employees of PT BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera. This research is quantitative in nature which aims to test the hypotheses that have been previously established. The population in this study amounted to 35 employees. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. The data in this study were obtained through a questionnaire. The data analysis methods used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing with IBM SPSS 25.
