This study aims to analyze the effect of conflict management, communication, and work environment on employee performance with a case study at a BPRS in Yogyakarta consisting of BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga, BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera, and BPRS Formes. The population in this study were all employees of three BPRS in Yogyakarta totaling 103 employees. In testing the hypothesis used is the SPSS 21 method. While the number of samples in this study were 71 employees. The sampling method used in this study is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. Simultaneous research results (F test) show that the variables of conflict management, communication, and work environment together have a positive effect on employee performance....
