The Effect of Conflict Management on Employee Performance in the North Sumatra Regional Settlement Infrastructure Center

75 HalamanAdapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk menguji dan menganalisa apakah manajemen konflik berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan Balai Prasarana Permukiman Wilayah Sumatera Utara 2) untuk menguji dan menganalisis apakah manajemen konflik berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan Balai Prasarana Permukiman Wilayah Sumatera Utara 3) untuk menguji dan mengetahui variable manajemen konflik manakah yang lebih dominan dalam mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan Balai Prasarana Permukiman Wilayah Sumatera Utara secara signifikan. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode disktiptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan data primer yang diperoleh atau dikumpulkan langsung dilapangan oleh peneliti yaitu kuisioner dengan responden sebanyak 133 karyawan Balai Prasarana Permukiman Wilayah Sumatera Utara. Dan data sekunder penelitian yang diperoleh peneliti secara tidak langsung melalui media perantara yaitu melalui pihak manajemen baik secara online maupun offline. Adapun cara pengumulan data dengan kuisioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi dan analisis data dengan analisis regresi linear berganda (multipleregression).Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1)Seluruh variabel bebas, yakni variabel konflik destruktif, konflik konstruktif mampu mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 80,9%, sisanya sebesar 19,1% dijelaskan oleh variabel atau faktor lainnya.2)Berdasarkan hasil uji simultan dengan uji F, konflik destruktif, konflik konstruktif secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.3)Konflik destruktif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Konflik konstruktif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. The objektives of this study were 1) to examine and analyze whether a conflict management have a significant partially on employee performance Balai Prasarana Permukiman Wilayah North Sumatera 2) To examine and analyze whether a conflict management have a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance Balai Prasarana Permukiman Wilayah North Sumatera 3) To examine and which variables determine conflict management is more dominant in influencing employee performance Balai Prasarana Permukiman Wilayah North Sumatera Significantly. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach, with primary data is data obtained or collected in the field by researchers is kuosioer respondent employee Balai Prasarana Permukiman Wilayah North Sumatera and secondary data research data obtained by researchers indirectly thourgh an intermediary medium that is through the management of both online and offline. The way of collecting data by kuosioner, interview and documentation and data analysis with multiple linear regression analysis (multiple regression). The results of this study are 1) All independent variables, namely destructive conflict variables, constructive conflict can affect employee performance by 80.9%, the remaining 19.1% is explained by other variables or factors.2) Based on the results of the simultaneous test with the F test, destructive conflict, conflict constructive together or simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. 3) Constructive conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Constructive conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance
