The Purpose of this study was to test the influence of leadership, training, work experience, and compensation on the performance of BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga Yogyakarta. The population in this study were all employees at BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga Yogyakarta. The sampel on this study was taken using non-probability sampling technique with saturated samplemethod. The primary data collection is by distributing questionnaires. This study using 35 questionnaires that werw prosessed. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis.
