The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotional media and service quality on people’s interest in saving at Indonesian Islamic Banks of Malang branch office Letjen Sutoyo. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative methods by analyzing the data obtained through filling out questionnaires from customers of Indonesian Islamic Banks of Malang branch office Letjen Sutoyo and then describing the results of data analysis obtained. The results of this study indicate that promotional media and service quality is good contribute to the people’s interest in saving at Indonesian Islamic Banks of Malang branch office Letjen Sutoyo
