ANALISIS PEMBIAYAAN MURABAHAH PADA PT. BANK BNI SYARIAH KANTOR CABANG PEMBANTU (KCP) LUMAJANG

Financing is needed for a good and careful financing analysis of all aspects of financing that can support the financing process in order to prevent the risk of financing being provided. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility analysis of murabahah financing and strategies to deal with problematic financing. Research focuses on how Bank BNI Syariah KCP Lumajang analyzes the feasibility of prospective customers in the proposed murabahah financing and strategies in dealing with non performing financing. This research is a field research, with a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis consisting of 4 (four) activities flow namely data identification, data presentation, data analysis, conclusion drawing. Based on research, nature conducted a study on the financing feasibility of Bank BNI Syariah KCP Lumajang prioritizing the assessment of character, capacity and guarantee while for capital and conditions used as additional information. To deal with non performing financing, the bank applies two approaches, namely soft collection and hard collection
