The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of the honey business of PT. Joyo Sriwijaya Flower on Jl. Raya Karangan No. 101 Jakaan, DonowarihKec. Karangploso, Malang. This study uses the method of market and marketing aspects, technical and production aspects, management and organizational aspects, economic and social aspects, and financial aspects with Capital Budgeting calculations and investment feasibility in the form of Payback Period (PP) Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR)and Modified Internal Rate of Return (MIRR).
