ANALISIS KELAYAKAN PERLUASAN USAHA TERNAK AYAM PETELUR BERKAH ABADI

The purpose of this study was to find out the feasibility plan for the development of eggs Berkah Abadi Blitar this is feasible to run or not. This study uses market and marketing aspects, technical and production aspects, management and organizational aspects, economic and social aspects, and financial aspects with the calculation of investment feasibility in the form of Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Avarage Rate of Return (ARR), Payback Periode (PP), and Profitability Index (PI). The result of NPV analysis is obtained at 3,028,935,950> 0 then it is declared feasible. IRR results of 50%> 18.25% are declared feasible. The ARR value of 78% is greater than the COC, it is declared feasible, the PP is smaller than the investment life, which is 1 year 6 months.
