The purpose of this study is to analyze the importance of the Pedagogical Residency Program (PRP) in the supervised curricular internship for the initial formation of the Geography teacher, highlighting the experiences lived in the field schools in the construction of the teaching-learning process of the Geography Degree course. We start from the assumption that the internship as a praxis is a space for learning and building professional identity, reflecting on investigative actions of reflection and intervention in the educational process.
